Return Policy: Free 30 day returns for any of our unburned candles and unused product (ie diffusers, seed pods, and oils). Outside of 30 days may accrue return fees or exchanges for store credit. Personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Exchanges for alternate product is not accepted. Funds will be refunded in the same form of original payment and may take 1-3 business days for processing. Questions regarding burned candles or used product please contact our team.
